SUPPORT THE SANCTUARY
ABOUT
The mission of the Fauna Mountain Cat Rescue is to help the most needy cats in the Málaga province of South Spain. This involves active rescue of cats in immediate danger, providing treatment and rehabilitation to sick and injured cats, providing sanctuary or finding homes for homeless cats and TNR (trap, neuter, release) where rehab or rehoming is not a possibility.

SPECIALIST RESCUE
Fauna Mountain always concentrates on the most difficult and desperate rescue cases, the cats that have no other hope of help which are in immediate danger, and the ones people don’t want which tend to include elderly cats, chronically sick or disabled cats and those that have been seriously injured and don’t have anyone to foot the expensive vet bill so are ordinarily euthanised.
HOW TO HELP
Support the rescue’s work by donating, volunteering, sponsoring a sanctuary cat or even adopting a cat looking for a forever home!
I'm Hayley, a cat lover from England now living in Spain. I set up Fauna Mountain Cat Rescue & Sanctuary because I have a special interest in cats due to being on the autistic spectrum. I spent my life savings on the property which forms the sanctuary and rescue enclosures as well as my small home.
I also have a three-legged dog named Freddy and I adore the wildlife and nature that adorns this protected land.
Animals are everything to me!
